Hall Rental

Oakfield Township residents (age 21 or older) are able to email info@oakfieldtwp.org or call the office at 616-754-5679 to rent the township hall.

The rental fee is $100 and the deposit is $250. These must be paid in cash. The deposit will be refunded after an inspection of the hall.

Hall Rental Agreement must be filled out, signed, and brought to the office.
Baseball Field Reservation

Oakfield Township residents are able to email info@oakfieldtwp.org or call the office at 616-754-5679 to reserve the baseball field.

You need to provide your address and phone number for contact information as well as which organization is using the field.

Once we have the dates and times scheduled, they will be posted on the message board outside the township office doors. This reserves the field for your organization.

Please make sure that all vehicles are parked in the lot behind the baseball field and not in the township’s main parking lot.
